From 2018–2025 at Champro, I supported the custom uniform business by designing jersey concepts and building production-ready artwork that could scale across high-volume proofing demands. Because the online uniform builder required both speed and consistency, my role blended creative design with production execution, delivering clean, accurate files that held up through real-world workflows. I worked primarily in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, balancing fast turnarounds with strong layout structure and consistent visual standards.
A major focus of my tenure was creating systems that made the work faster and more reliable over time. I built illustration templates from scratch that standardized how key design elements were constructed and edited, which improved proof speed, output volume, and consistency. I also developed seamless patterns to expand variety inside the online uniform builder, giving customers more options without relying on one-off artwork for every new look.
To strengthen quality control and improve handoffs, I created a structured training book that documented the standards behind the work, including file build expectations, template usage, and quality checkpoints. This helped reduce errors and revisions while keeping deliverables consistent across projects. Together, the jersey designs, template systems, seamless pattern library, and training materials reflect the value I brought to Champro, scalable creative built for speed, accuracy, and production readiness.
