Momentec Brands is an internal visual communication and documentation project focused on improving training, consistency, and execution within a sports manufacturing environment. In my role as Custom Art Manager, I led the redesign of key PDF guidelines for the Pacific Headwear embroidery department—creating a clear, modern system that new hires could follow without relying on tribal knowledge or inconsistent handoffs.
Before this work, training information was visually fragmented and difficult to navigate, making onboarding slower and increasing variability in how processes were executed. Using the brand guidelines I established in 2025 (with minor refinements), I rebuilt the documents with a modern, minimalist approach—prioritizing typography, color, and imagery to create layouts that are easy to scan, easy to understand, and easy to translate across teams. I intentionally avoided dense language and “big words,” focusing instead on visual hierarchy and clarity.
Despite limited input and a deadline that expanded from two weeks to nearly two months, the finalized guideline system helped standardize workflows, strengthen team alignment, and support better proofing and production outcomes—improving turnaround times, customer experience, and ultimately contributing to increased sales.
Shown below is a lightbox gallery of the documents I created for Momentec Brands.
